Natalie Ginty, Chair
Natalie Ginty serves as State Chair of the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. A junior at the University of Iowa, Natalie previously served as IFCR’s Secretary. She is majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Math. Natalie’s other previous political experience includes serving as Chair of the University of Iowa College Republicans, where she led the group’s revival. She was named Best Chapter Chair at IFCR’s 2010 Spring Convention, and led the UICRs to win Best Chapter at the 2011 Spring Convention. She also served as Chair of Students for Miller-Meeks during Mariannette Miller-Meeks’ 2010 Congressional campaign. Outside of politics Natalie works as a research assistant in a cardiovascular research lab, volunteers at the hospital, plays violin in the orchestra, and participates in intramurals.

Colin Tadlock, Vice Chair
Colin Tadlock serves as the current Vice Chair of Iowa Federation of College Republicans. A junior at Central College studying political science, he also serves as Chairman of the Central College Republicans. Colin has been very active in Iowa politics. He has worked on Jim Gibbons’ congressional campaign prior to the 2010 Primaries and also worked as a legislative intern for Senator Chuck Grassley in Washington D.C. during the summer of 2010. In his free time, Colin enjoys staying up to date with the NFL, video games, and working out.

Ingrid Bisenius, Secretary
Ingrid Bisenius serves as the current Secretary of Iowa Federation of College Republicans. A senior at Iowa State University, Ingrid also serves as Treasurer of the Iowa State College Republicans and has previously served as IFCR’s Events Coordinator. She will be graduating in the Spring of 2012 with a BS in Accounting and minor in French and then going on to complete the Master of Accounting program at Iowa State the following year. She joined College Republicans at the University of Iowa her freshman year before transferring to ISU in 2009. Ingrid’s political experience includes volunteering for various GOP candidates in local, statewide, and national elections since 2000. Ingrid also interned with the Republican Party of Iowa during the summer of 2009 and has completed a number of accounting internships as well. Outside of politics, Ingrid enjoys shopping for great deals and spending time with friends and family.

John Kaufmann, Treasurer
John Kaufmann serves as Treasurer for the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. Previously, John served as IFCR’s Eastern Region Coordinator. Currently a freshman at Muscatine Community College, John is the Chair of the MCC College Republicans. John has been extremely active in politics since age 12. He has worked on various campaigns including his that of his father, State Rep. Jeff Kaufmann. In 2008 John worked on Sen. Jim Hahn’s re-election bid. During his free time John likes to keep up on the NFL.
Lucas Draisey, Executive Director
Lucas Draisey is the Executive Director of the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. Lucas completed the final three months of former Chairman Matt Sexton’s term following Matt’s departure to pursue an internship with Congressman Steve King’s Washington D.C. office. Prior to the Chairmanship, Lucas served as IFCR’s Vice Chairman. Lucas is a sophomore at Simpson College, where he is majoring in Political Science and serves as Simpson College Republicans Chairman. Lucas worked full-time on Sandy Greiner’s campaign for State Senate in 2010 and is now working as her Legislative Assistant in the Iowa Senate. In his free time, Lucas enjoys the outdoors, working out, and watching movies with his friends.
Will Gries, Public Relations Director
Will Gries serves as the current Public Relations Director for the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. He is a sophomore at the University of Iowa where he also serves as webmaster for the University of Iowa College Republicans. He is majoring in Political Science and Computer Science. Will has previously served as webmaster in Mariannette Miller-Meeks’ 2008 and 2010 campaigns for Congress. In his free time, Will enjoys being an occasional blogger and has a soft spot for Apple products and technology in general.

Tony Jones, Eastern Region Coordinator
Tony Jones serves as current Eastern Region Coordinator for the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. Currently a freshman at Kirkwood Community College, Tony is the President and founder of the Kirkwood Community College Republicans. During the 2010 election, he participated in many campaigns by volunteering in parades, knocking on doors, and making many phone calls. His major is Education with interests in political science and communication studies. Tony is a graduate of Belle Plaine High School and in the future he plans to attend the University of Iowa following graduation from Kirkwood. His hobbies include supporting University of Iowa athletics, walking, college social outings, family gatherings, and hanging out with friends.

Caytlin Hentzel, Central Region Coordinator
Caytlin Hentzel currently serves as Central Region Coordinator for the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. A sophomore at Iowa State University, she is majoring in Event Management with a Minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. She serves as Political Director of the ISU College Republicans. During the 2010 midterm elections, Caytlin interned in the Ames GOP Victory Office. During the 2010 primary, she served as Southeast Iowa Regional Director for Rod Roberts’s gubernatorial campaign, and prior to that, she worked as a page in the Iowa House of Representatives. Outside of politics, Caytlin enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, and horseback riding.

Jeff Bauer, Jr., Western Region Coordinator
Jeff Bauer Jr. serves as the current Western Region Coordinator for the Iowa Federation of College Republicans. He attends Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa where he is in the process of attaining a double major in Political Science and Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Outside of his duties with the IFCR, Jeff is also the current Chairman of the newly revived Morningside College Republicans. Past political experience includes campaigning for Congressman Steve King, serving as a delegate to county, district, and state Republican conventions, and activity with the Audubon County Republicans. Jeff will be active in several Siouxland-area campaigns in the coming months and hopes to one day enter law school. In his spare time he enjoys reading, hunting, and watching movies.
